S3: Physical Training

Ruck Challenge: March 19

3 Days per week, varying distances and weight. Great for beginner Ruckers or experienced GRTs.

This month will mix it up a bit and be great training for GORUCK events as well as general conditioning. 

The rucks are done 3 days per week, you pick the days that work for you. The intention is to complete them with a day rest in-between, like a Mon, Wed, Fri or Tue, Thu, Sat.
